This page is for Parents, Guardians and their students who want to get a better understanding of PowerSchool.

Find out what’s going on at your student’s education anytime, anywhere! With PowerSchool, you can catch up on your student’s class assignments and check out your student’s grades. PowerSchool provides real-time access to your student’s grades, attendance, assignments, and more! Whether you want to view your student’s attendance and grades or simply email a teacher, open your web browser to our school’s PowerSchool web site. Then enter your Username and Password to log in to PowerSchool.

There are three ways to access our Student Information System (PowerSchool), through the Website, through Email and through a MyCalendar application.

Website:

The Student Information Server (SIS) (PowerSchool) can be accessed from any computer that is connected to the Internet. You can obtain your Parent/Guardian account information from your schools office.

All three Website address's point to the same SIS (PowerSchool) server. You have 24/7 access to your students course and assignment grades.

 

Once your logged in you'll see these Icons.
Click “Grades and Attendance” to:
  • open a blank email message to send to the teacher
  • view grades
  • view absences and tardies

Click “Grades History” to view final grades from previous classes.

Click “Attendance History” to view attendance.

Click “Email Notification” to set your email preferences.

Click “Teacher Comments” to view any notes left by the teacher.

You can also receive information about your students progress in school through email. Login to PowerSchool through your Parent/Guardian access account and select the email preferences that work best for you.


MyCalendar:

If you would like to receive your students course and assignment grades through a MyCalendar based application, you'll want to read the tutorial below. It takes you through the steps for setting up your computer to access your students info through a MyCalendar style application. Included are references to MyCalendar applications for both Windows and Macintosh operating system computers that you can use to access our SIS (PowerSchool).
